We are looking for a Production Supervisor for our facility located in Vanier.

As a Production Supervisor at Multiver Ltée, you coordinate daily activities in the workshop to achieve production goals in terms of deadlines, quality, and safety. You plan resources, organize teams, and assign tasks to ensure an efficient manufacturing flow. You monitor compliance with procedures, quality standards, and health and safety regulations, and intervene quickly in case of incidents or non-conformities. You support team members in their development, track performance, and participate in continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills: experience in team leadership, priority management, problem-solving, and performance tracking.
• Production planning: ability to schedule shifts, optimize resource use, and ensure deadline compliance.
• Quality control: mastery of inspection procedures, quality indicator tracking, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Manufacturing operations: good understanding of production processes, production flows, and safety requirements.
• Communication: ability to clearly communicate with teams, other departments, and management, and to write simple and accurate reports.
