(CAN) Associate for Property Protection -FR

What You Will Do...

• Ensure the security of the branch by conducting daily tours of the facilities, checking that doors and windows are secure and functioning properly.
• Perform external arrests if necessary.
• Investigate cases of financial and material losses and communicate the results of these investigations to the branch management. In case of a case related to the internal functioning of the branch, communicate with the Market Loss Prevention Manager first.
• Supervise the branch evacuation procedures in case of fire or other emergency situations.
• Participate in branch team tasks as needed.
• Lead or supervise investigations, as assigned, which include, but are not limited to: cases of internal theft or dishonesty, cases related to organized external shoplifting, and cases assigned by Walmart Canada's Global Ethics, and do so quickly and thoroughly, in accordance with Walmart Canada's guidelines.
• Communicate information from various sources and clarify issues effectively for others, often presenting different perspectives.
• Other responsibilities may be added to this position according to the increase in the Company's needs and requirements.

The minimum hourly rate for this position starts at $19.85. The hourly rate will be determined based on relevant experience.
