Business Analyst (AI-native profile)

We are looking for a Business Analyst (AI-native profile) to join our product team. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of our Cloud applications (SIRH) by placing artificial intelligence at the heart of your daily work.

We leverage Claude AI as a true copilot to produce faster and better, while maintaining a critical eye on the quality of the results.

We are looking for someone who does not just use AI occasionally, but who places it at the center of their work method.

Your role at Folks:

Reporting directly to the Product Department Director and supporting Product Owners, you analyze needs, formalize files, and advance solutions from understanding the need to delivery.

We are looking for a rigorous and solution-oriented analyst, capable of taking ownership of a product domain end-to-end and transforming customer feedback into informed decisions.

Your daily work in the team: *Functional Analysis & Support to Product Owners (40%)*

• Produce functional analysis of files assigned by Product Owners
• Estimate effort in collaboration with development teams
• Design mockups in collaboration with the UX/UI Designer and with the help of Claude AI
• Co-construct user journeys, scenarios, and business rules with the Product Owner
• Document expected behaviors and edge cases to ensure traceability and alignment
• Ensure follow-up during development: continuous exchanges with Dev/QA, arbitrations, and iterations
• *Ownership of the Performance Evaluation Module (40%)*
• Take ownership of Folks' Performance Evaluation module and become an expert in the domain
• Drive module evolutions based on real customer needs
• Conduct continuous competitive intelligence supported by AI for synthesis and comparison of market solutions
• Formulate evolution recommendations and feed the module's roadmap
• *Customer Feedback Management, Reporting & Decision Support (20%)*
• Collect, sort, and classify customer feedback using AI to synthesize verbatims and highlight trends
• Respond to customers with improvement requests
• Create statistical dashboards on requests and trends
• Provide visibility to management on requested evolutions
• Formulate recommendations to help make the right product decisions and influence the roadmap

What we are looking for

• Daily and advanced use of at least one AI tool in analysis work (Claude ideally)
• Use of AI for analysis, mockup generation, verbatim synthesis, and specification writing assistance
• Open-minded, autonomous, receptive to criticism, user and customer-oriented, team spirit, and good humor

• Confirmed experience in business analysis for a SaaS/Cloud software product
• Mastery of functional analysis and formalization: user flows, functional specifications, business rules, expected behaviors, and edge cases
• Ability to estimate effort and prioritize in collaboration with Dev/QA teams
• Real experience in Agile teams with close collaboration between PO, Dev, and QA
• Comfort in presenting and defending analyses and iterating based on feedback

• Comfort with feedback tools and dashboard/reporting production
• Basic knowledge of Confluence for documentation and Jira for team task tracking

Major Assets

• Advanced experience using Claude (Projects, structured prompts, mockup generation, guided iteration) or another LLM integrated into an analysis workflow
• Experience on a SIRH or, failing that, on complex business software (workflows, roles, rights, edge cases)
• Product experience on a performance evaluation or HR management module
• Good mastery of data visualization or BI tools for dashboard production
• Experience in end-to-end collaboration: from discovery to delivery, with quality follow-up and post-release iterations
• Knowledge of Figma to manipulate components and leverage our Design System through Claude AI
