Being a journeyman at Canam means leveraging your factory experience in a structured, safe, and collaborative environment. If you have worked with CNC machines, you are the type of person we are looking for.

Here, you will receive comprehensive training to confidently operate overhead cranes. Don't worry if you have never done this before; we will teach you everything you need to know. In your role, you will be called upon to perform various tasks that support the production steps of our steel frames. Your work is essential to the quality of what we deliver to our clients, and your contribution will directly make a difference.

Canam Benefits

• We offer a salary based on your experience starting at $25.93 per hour
• Since you are not an early riser, your evening shift schedule is from 3:15
• PM to 11:45 PM Monday to
• Thursday and from 3:15
• PM to 10:15 PM on Friday
• Additionally, the evening premium is $2.00 per hour
• OR
• Since you are a night owl, your third shift schedule is from Sunday to Thursday from 11:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Additionally, the night premium is $3.50 per hour
• Because we are always looking for new talent, we pay you a reference bonus of $1,000
