Hours: To be discussed (must be available 1 weekend out of 2)

Location: 3441 Rue de Vulcain, Levis, QC, Canada As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will act under the direction of the Branch Manager. You will be responsible for managing a team, supervising daily operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer service is provided, all while ensuring that the company's objectives are met.

You will be responsible for: * Actively being on-site to supervise and participate in operations in a sometimes outdoor, physical, and dirty environment; * Promote a welcoming and safe workplace; * Apply environmental and Health and Safety rules and procedures; * Assist the Branch Manager during monthly Health and Safety audits; * Supervise daily operations such as schedules, sales and production targets; * Support employees by participating in daily tasks and on-site operational initiatives; * Assist the Branch Manager in communicating with employees; * Collaborate with various partners in tracking and implementing business processes; * Perform quarterly employee evaluations with the Branch Manager; * Complete various administrative tasks (cash deposits, employee payroll, schedules, etc.); * Support the Branch Manager in the recruitment, onboarding, and integration process of new employees; * Act as an ambassador in any organizational change and play an active role in the deployment within your branch. Qualifications * Minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service; * Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a management role; * College or university diploma; * Experience in retail sales or the automotive industry is an asset; * Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
