We are recruiting a Project Coordinator to join our construction team. As a Project Coordinator, you will contribute to the development and construction of remarkable buildings, fostering strong relationships with our staff, partners, and clients, while upholding Broccolini's core values: a team, a dream, nature-loving, passionate, and empowered to achieve.

Objectives

Daily Responsibilities

• Ensure a constant presence on active job sites and monitor compliance with health and safety (SST) requirements.
• Lead and support health and safety orientation sessions.
• Manage SST documentation and ensure compliance.
• Supervise incident management, including investigations and follow-ups.
• Conduct on-site inspections (first aid kits, fire extinguishers, spill kits, etc.).

Weekly Responsibilities

• Monitor the progress of SST initiatives and projects under your responsibility.
• Review and update data in the Salus system.
• Support and mentor SST coordinators.
• Participate in the development of SST policies and strategic planning.

Monthly Responsibilities

• Actively participate in local health and safety committee (CSS) or workers' committee (WTC) meetings, as applicable.
• Conduct job site audits and review results to ensure documentary compliance.
• Compile and submit audit reports within prescribed deadlines.
• Lead corporate orientation sessions, as needed.
• Organize and attend HSE Supervisor meetings.

Quarterly Responsibilities

• Conduct performance evaluations of SST team members.
• Represent the job site at Corporate Health and Safety Committee meetings.

Annual Responsibilities

• Supervise and contribute to the annual review and update of the corporate health and safety program.

Occasional Responsibilities

• Participate in the updating of SST programs and policies.
• Lead SST aspects related to job site mobilization, including:

+ Establish job site-specific documentation structure.

+ Develop emergency intervention plans.

+ Identify and map nearby hospitals.

+ Configure Salus Pro for new projects.

+ Prepare and distribute SST DRS startup and order kits.

• Lead SST kickoff meetings with subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with client platform requirements (e.g., Avetta, Bolt, etc.).

Asset: Bilingualism (French and English) is required, as this role involves regular collaboration with project teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and corporate stakeholders across Quebec and other Canadian provinces.
