Reporting to the logistics supervisor, the Unit Order Preparer (UPA1) is responsible for the preparation, packaging, and shipping of orders in a computerised distribution environment. They contribute to ensuring the accuracy of orders, meeting delivery deadlines, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. What you will do on a daily basis: * Prepare orders unit with precision according to established priorities and procedures;* Perform picking, boxing, packaging, and preparing orders for shipping;* Verify the accuracy of products and quantities before shipping;* Assemble displays, label products, and perform cyclical inventory activities as needed;* Use computerised systems and necessary work tools to perform tasks;* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment;* Comply with health and safety policies, procedures, and standards;* Perform any other related tasks contributing to the smooth functioning of the department. Desired profile to succeed in this position: * High school diploma (DES) or equivalent;* 1 to 3 years of experience in a distribution centre, warehouse, or similar environment;* Experience in preparing orders using tools or computerised systems (asset);* Good understanding of health and safety best practices;* Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with the team.
