Overview

The Account Coordinator provides support to the Account Management team for a selected group of wholesale clients. This person will assist the Account Manager in implementing and achieving financial and strategic objectives for the assigned account, as well as performing daily tasks related to the account to deliver superior customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Manager in the sales process: catalogs, order sheets, and purchase entry into the system.
  • Maintain up-to-date accurate sales tools: summaries, performance reports, and account-specific documentation.
  • Create and maintain order confirmation files; validate prices and costs with the Account Manager and ensure liaison with the accounts.
  • Track deliveries and logistics during the season to meet target delivery dates.
  • Support the global wholesale development when integrating new clients.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Global Wholesale and Strategic Development teams.
  • Support Market Week activities: collection presentations, order uploads, and preparation of seasonal product knowledge presentations.
  • Participate in ad-hoc analyses and reports, including budget data, top seller reports, and competitor and pricing analyses.
  • Manage and coordinate sample requests to ensure timely delivery to accounts.
  • Work with portals and master data files.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
