MISSION
The role of the Quality Assurance Coordinator is to provide services for the development, implementation, and compliance of standards, processes, and systems across the entire site. The Quality Assurance Coordinator works with both external and internal stakeholders, contributing to the overall success of the site's operations.
Immediate Supervisor: Technical Director & Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the control of documentation and process establishment policies in the field of implementation and maintenance of standards.
2. In the context of food safety and risk management - food safety and quality management system, ensure compliance with the requirements of the compliance assurance and crisis management processes.
3. Conduct rigorous tracking of the prerequisites for food safety programs. Analyze trends and meet the established performance indicators according to the Site Quality Policy.
4. As a member of the plant's food safety team, contribute to the tracking and improvement of programs such as hygienic zoning, HACCP plans, food defense, intentional adulteration, and food fraud.
5. Plan and ensure the smooth conduct of internal audits as well as the training of internal auditors.
6. Actively participate in the preparation and conduct of external audits.
7. Coordinate the integration of new employees and train all site employees on the requirements of our Food Safety Management Systems.
8. Conduct root cause analyses (RCA), determine corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure the tracking and closure of actions related to non-conformities and improvement opportunities.
9. Manage information requests and submit the required technical documents to clients.
10. Be a role model and actively promote the quality culture on the site.

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Food Science or equivalent
- Have experience in Quality Assurance in a HACCP, or GFSI environment
- Be bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written
