Join a team of 300 financing experts who, on a daily basis, take great pride in helping our members and clients achieve their dream of homeownership. 🏠You will have the strength of the first mortgage lender in Quebec in your business development and a 100% commission-based remuneration based on your development. More specifically, you will be called upon to:
- Develop and maintain a lasting business relationship with market intermediaries such as banners, real estate brokerage offices, and residential construction companies.
- Invest in prospecting your customer base to identify and attract new clients.
- Target and analyze customer needs, develop appropriate strategies, and prepare mortgage financing offers to achieve the desired results.
- Promote the overall offering, including the protection and sale of cross-selling products.
- Ensure active presence in the business environment of your territory.
- Comply with the guidelines, practices, and laws governing the distribution of financial products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with financial news, market trends, and best practices in your field.

What you will bring to the table
- College diploma (DEC technical) in an appropriate discipline
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced intermediate English is required due to the nature of the tasks, work tools, or interactions with anglophone partners or members and clients.
- Knowledge of Spanish or a third language at an intermediate level is required due to the nature of the tasks, work tools, or interactions with partners or members and clients.
- Availability for frequent travel at the request of members and clients.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Availability to work 7 days a week, including evenings, according to a flexible schedule.
