Croisières AML is a family-owned business established in Quebec for 50 years. We are THE most important cruise and tour company in Canada! Our mission: to provide personalized service and warm hospitality to all our clients.

These positions are available in Quebec City or Montreal!

During a typical workday, you will be responsible for

• Welcoming clients and taking their orders.
• Setting up dining rooms and terraces.
• Providing food and beverage service.
• Ensuring the quality of presentation of drinks and dishes.
• Handling billing and cashing in invoices.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the workplace at all times.
• Collaborating with other employees in the execution of their tasks.
• Being able to inform and advise clients about the products and services offered, as well as the tour itinerary.
• Providing courteous, fast, and efficient service at all times.
• Performing any other related tasks.

You will be a good fit with croisières AML if you have

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Training in restaurant service and sommelier (an asset).
• A strong interest in sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, and politeness skills.
• A great sense of organization and planning.
• Excellent mastery of French and English, both spoken.
