Under the responsibility of the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Advisor will work closely with the designated client groups.

What you will do on a daily basis

  • Manage the complete recruitment process for assigned positions (staffing planning, develop and update job descriptions, posting, pre-selection, interviews);
  • Manage daily HR support requests for the designated client groups and propose integrated HR management strategies aligned with operations and business objectives;
  • Be involved in organizational transformation due to the rapid growth of the company by anticipating issues and proposing concrete actions that promote change adoption;
  • Take on various HR projects;
  • Play a key role in the welcoming and integration of new employees;
  • Involvement in the preparation of the company's social activities.

Profile sought to succeed in this position

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or any other related fields;
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Human Resources;
  • Excellent mastery of the MS Office suite;
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt regularly to changes;
  • Good sense of organization and great capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Bilingualism (French and English) to communicate regularly, verbally or in writing, effectively with all our partners located outside the province of Quebec.
  • It would be a real plus if you also possessed some of the following assets:
  • Ability to solve problems and find solutions autonomously;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
