Responsibilities

• Welcome, assist, and thank customers in a friendly manner, whether in person or over the phone.
• Process customers' purchases.
• Use the cash register.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns, whether in person or over the phone.
• Maintain all cashier workstations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements/Skills

• No experience required! – We will provide all the training you need!
• Ability to work shifts (day, evening, weekend, and holidays)
• Friendly and customer-focused
• Ability to perform physical efforts, including standing/walking for 8 hours
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to find solutions to problems, adapt, and handle difficult situations and make decisions
• Ability to use a cash register (asset)
