HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO EXCEL IN THIS POSITION

• Hold a diploma in secretarial or administrative assistant - that would be great! If you're rather self-taught, have 3 years of experience in administration, and if you have more experience in customer service, your application will be thoroughly reviewed! You combine everything? You've won the jackpot, your place is with us!
• 2 evenings available to share with us, you will have a bonus on your hourly rate in addition to having fun with your colleagues
• 25 to 30 hours of your time to have happiness at work

YOUR ROLE AT THE CVQ CENTER

• You will be a true little orchestra conductor to ensure the smooth flow of our brilliant team
• Coordinate the schedules of the superb team of professionals we have in the clinic (in addition to being competent, they are also friendly)
• Coordinate appointments with our patients with your ravishing smile
• Take your best voice to answer phone calls
• Follow up on patient files with your eagle eye
• Make payments for the sake of it ;)
• Work in collaboration with many professionals with varied skills
• Coordinate the follow-up of our precious patients' care plans
• Manage the waiting room
• Participate in the proper functioning and continuous improvement of the customer experience
