ESI Technologies is a Québec-based IT consulting firm with over 32 years of experience in information technology services.

We support organizations in their digital transformation initiatives, including architecture, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data management, and IT service management projects.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Solution Designer who is eager to contribute to large-scale initiatives while growing within a team recognized for its expertise and people-centered approach.

Your Role

As a Solution Designer, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing, recommending, documenting, and deploying technology solutions related to digital workplace platforms, aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Governing and evolving the Microsoft Intune (MDM) platform, including architecture, standards, configurations, and technology roadmaps.
• Managing the full lifecycle of Windows, macOS, iOS, and hybrid devices, from deployment through secure retirement.
• Defining and implementing compliance policies, security standards, and hardening configurations aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Designing and deploying automation and Zero-Touch provisioning solutions using Intune and PowerShell scripting.
• Working closely with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams to translate security requirements into effective technical controls.
• Conducting ongoing technology monitoring and sharing best practices across the team.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, standards, procedures, and operational guides.
• ✅ Desired Profile
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 5 years in desktop infrastructure and endpoint management.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, including:
• + Architecture design
• + Compliance policies and strategies
• + Security baselines
• + Conditional Access
• + Lifecycle management of Windows, macOS, and iOS devices
• Experience working in a virtual desktop environment, ideally with Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Experience operationalizing endpoint management solutions, particularly in automation and monitoring/alerting.
• Experience managing a Modern Desktop Windows 11 environment, including SCCM, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Autopilot.
• Experience deploying applications to desktops and mobile devices.
• Experience with application packaging.
• Experience managing application and operating system updates.
• Experience managing drivers and firmware.
• Experience implementing and managing endpoint security configurations.
• Hands-on experience with:
