Your responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatments and interventions based on best practices
• Design and supervise personalized exercise programs
• Ensure quality follow-up and adjust plans according to patients' progress
• Educate, support, and guide patients towards prevention strategies
• Work closely with other clinic professionals

Our desired skills

• Open to new graduates and experienced physiotherapists
• Must be a member in good standing of the OPPQ
• Interest in developing skills and refining expertise
• Training in perineal and pelvic rehabilitation (second-cycle microprogram or other relevant training in progress or completed) – considered an asset
• Initiative, autonomy, and patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written

Schedule

• Full-time: 25 to 35 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, day and evening shifts, flexible schedule to be determined with the candidate (between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM)
• Start date flexible according to the candidate's availability

Remuneration

• Salary: From $41/hour to $77.35/hour
• Hourly rate is established based on current salary scales, as well as the candidate's professional experience and developed expertise.
