We are currently looking for a Physiotherapist with a mixed musculo-skeletal (MSK) and perineal re-education (RPP) approach at the L'Ormière Clinic. Located in Neufchâtel, our clinic offers personalized care in a friendly environment, by a team of qualified professionals: physiotherapists, technologists, osteopaths, massage therapists, kinesiologists and occupational therapists.

We offer a multidisciplinary approach for a varied clientele, from athletes to the general population, from pediatric to geriatric, including perineal and pelvic re-education, advanced manual therapy, running analysis, Bike fit, management of jaw disorders (ATM) and more.

Your Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical condition and establish individualized treatment plans
• Provide home-based interventions and treatments based on best practices
• Design and supervise personalized exercise programs
• Ensure quality follow-up and adjust plans according to patients' progress
• Educate, support patients and guide them towards prevention strategies
• Work closely with other clinic professionals

Required Skills

• Open to new graduates and experienced physiotherapists
• Be a member in good standing of the OPPQ
• Interest/training in manual therapy, orthopedics, musculo-skeletal (required)
• Basic course in female urinary incontinence mandatory for new graduates
• Microprogram considered an asset
• Willing to practice perineal and pelvic re-education (RPP) from the start of employment
• Initiative, autonomy and patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written

Schedule

• Full-time or Part-time: 20 to 35 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday day and evening, flexible schedule to be determined with the candidate
• Start date flexible according to the candidate's availability
• Please note that this position is offered as a maternity leave replacement, with the possibility of inter-clinic collaboration to maintain the long-term contract after the person's return from leave.
