ABOUT THE TEAM
The Private Markets Solution Delivery team contributes to an agile organization by delivering technology and data capabilities that enable investment professionals to manage and analyze private market investments across multiple asset classes, including Natural Resources, Investment Banking, Real Estate, and Private Credit.
YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Developer, Integration, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable integration solutions in close collaboration with our business partners. Specifically, you will:
- Design and develop integration solutions between systems using Azure Integration Services and best practices in service-oriented and event-driven architecture
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines under Azure DevOps to ensure the quality and continuity of deliveries
- Develop full-stack web applications and interfaces to support business needs
- Design and implement databases, queries, and data flows using SQL, Python, and Snowflake
- Develop interactive data interfaces and tools with Streamlit
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of products
- Troubleshoot issues and provide product evolution recommendations
- Document and communicate your work and progress
- Maintain an active technology watch to advise the team and improve existing products and efficiency
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including at least three (3) years in integration or full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in Azure Integration Services and Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline management
- Experience with service-oriented and event-driven architectures (REST APIs, ESB)
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Snowflake for data development and management
- Experience with Streamlit for developing interactive data interfaces and tools
- Experience in the financial industry and interest in sector trends and development tools
- Comfort working in an agile mode within a complex, multi-team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to challenge the status quo
- Familiarity with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalents (assets)
- Bilingual: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our Hong Kong, London, and New York offices, and interactions in French with employees in our Montreal and Ottawa offices)
