(CAN) Night Team Lead - FR

What You'll Do...

• Contribute to the orientation and coordination of the night stock team based on priorities communicated by the night assistant manager and the day management team.
• Assess the overall presentation of merchandise and the appearance of the store, noting deficiencies to correct, and make changes to displays as needed.
• Ensure defective merchandise is brought to the claims office.
• Assume general store safety responsibility in the absence of the night assistant manager. Manage accidents that occur during the night shift in the absence of the night assistant manager.
• Inspect designated areas within the store to ensure safety and compliance of physical facilities.
• Participate in the training and development of night associates to achieve production goals.
