What you will do

As the Business Partner to Human Resources, you will be responsible for recruitment at the plant, manage the entire hiring cycle and candidate experience, and support the HRBP in general HR activities: employee relations, performance tracking, and policy application.

How will you create impact?

You will contribute to achieving the company's objectives through the following actions:

  • Advise and guide managers in analyzing job needs and desired profiles;
  • Work closely with managers and HR business partners;
  • Support and advise managers and supervisors in all areas of human resource management;
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment cycle from the talent acquisition software (ATS), i.e., from job approval to hiring candidates;
  • Coordinate all pre-employment tests for candidate evaluation (psychometric tests, technical tests, etc.);
  • Perform administrative follow-ups related to the budget (confirmation of candidate status, employment contract, benefits, start date);
  • Actively participate in the retention of new employees with the HR team;
  • Stay up-to-date with new trends and innovative recruitment and candidate selection strategies;
  • Contribute to the evolution of the employer brand and promote it;
  • Contribute to process improvement;
  • Also participate in diverse projects with the human resources team.
