Under the General Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for the organizational efficiency of the stores in terms of compliance with NAPA customer service standards, achieving financial objectives, and supporting the district's sales development efforts.

You will work in collaboration with store managers to ensure that operational improvement priorities are addressed.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Achieving district objectives such as gross margins, customer service levels, and compliance of corporate stores with NAPA operating standards and procedures;
• Coordinate the implementation of strategies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate stores;
• Support store managers in budgeting, performance tracking, and report production.

To join our team, you must, among other things

• Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Bilingualism, French and English, as you will frequently collaborate with colleagues/clients across Canada in the course of your duties.

About the Division

The Auto Parts division groups the activities of sales, distribution, and marketing of supplies and replacement parts for automobiles and light trucks. We have the largest pan-Canadian distribution network for vehicle spare parts. Our banners in this division include the renowned NAPA Auto Parts brand, as well as Altrom-Autocamping, which specializes in the sale of parts for imported vehicles, and CMAX, which specializes in paint and body shop products.
