What will you contribute to the team?

  • Be responsible for managing various commodities throughout the different phases of product development
  • Act as a project manager and ensure that the activity schedules of the supply groups are met
  • Be responsible for contract negotiations with external suppliers as part of the change management process
  • Represent the supply chain department within the various integrated product development teams (IPDT)
  • Ensure project visibility and tracking within the supply chain team and the various functions of the business unit
  • Support commodity teams in developing commodity strategies for development programs and in negotiating commercial agreements with suppliers
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members

How will you thrive in this role?

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • You have eight (8) to twelve (12) years of experience in the aerospace industry
  • You have experience in negotiating contracts with suppliers
  • You have experience in development programs (an asset)
  • You have technical knowledge or experience (an asset)
  • You have an analytical mindset
  • You have strong communication skills (French and English)
