Youth Animator

Join the 7ANOU adventure!

At 7ANOU, we believe that parents deserve moments for themselves too. That's why we organize activities where parents can fully enjoy their experience while their children participate in fun, safe, and age-appropriate animations.

We are looking for a part-time youth animator to accompany children during our events.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome children aged 3 to 12 years with enthusiasm.
• Animate games, crafts, and activities suitable for their age.
• Ensure their safety, well-being, and integration throughout the activity.
• Supervise a group of 5 to 8 children maximum.
• Prepare, set up, and clean up the animation equipment.
• Collaborate with the 7ANOU team to provide a quality experience for families.
• The desired profile
• You are a person:
• Smiling and energetic;
• Responsible and punctual;
• Creative and resourceful;
• Patient and kind;
• Capable of taking initiatives while keeping your calm.

Experience in animation, day camp, school environment, daycare, or working with children is an asset.

Requirements

• Criminal record check required.
• RCR / First Aid certification (an asset).
• Have the right to work in Canada.
• Working conditions
• Part-time employment.
• Schedule mainly on weekends, according to the event calendar.
• Possibility of overtime during special events.
• Events mainly in Montreal and on the South Shore.
• Salary: starting at $19/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
