TEHORA is currently seeking an Oracle Fusion Middleware (FMW) Infrastructure Advisor to participate in the operation, maintenance, administration, and evolution of a major client's Oracle Fusion Middleware environments. The resource will contribute to incident, service request, and change management, as well as maintaining the stability and performance of critical Oracle platforms.
The selected individual will be responsible for the following services and deliverables, among others:
- Ensure the operation and administration of Oracle Fusion Middleware (FMW) platforms;
- Handle level 2 and 3 incidents and issues related to Oracle environments;
- Participate in the management of service requests and standardized change requests;
- Maintain and optimize Oracle WebLogic Server and Linux Red Hat environments;
- Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of technical issues;
- Participate in migration and modernization activities for Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI);
- Contribute to the implementation of patches, enhancements, and deployments;
- Develop and maintain up-to-date technical and operational documentation;
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to client teams;
- Ensure compliance with security standards, compliance requirements, and IT operational best practices;
- Collaborate on the modernization and migration of critical Oracle applications.
Requirements
- Hold a university degree (BAC) in computer science, engineering, organizational information systems, or a relevant discipline;
- Possess a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience as an Oracle Fusion Middleware infrastructure advisor;
- Possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing Oracle Fusion Middleware environments;
- Possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience with Oracle WebLogic Server and Linux Red Hat;
- Demonstrate excellent mastery of Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and SQL technologies;
- Have relevant experience in incident, problem, and change management in critical environments;
- Be familiar with ITIL best practices and IT service management mechanisms;
- Exhibit autonomy, diligence, and excellent analytical skills;
- Demonstrate strong technical writing capabilities;
- Hold an Oracle or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification;
- Have experience in government, municipal, or parapublic environments;
- Be familiar with ISO 27001, ISO 27002, or the NIST framework;
- Have participated in Oracle FMW or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure migration projects;
- Possess experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, and Oracle Designer;
- Have excellent oral and written French language skills.

The salary will be calculated based on the average hourly rate corresponding to your profile.
