Document Management Systems Analyst

As a Document Management Systems Analyst, you will primarily be responsible for the deployment and implementation of the automated M-Files system to ensure that the company's processes are smooth in terms of approval, ensuring they are correctly recorded in the software, and updating and optimizing the administrative side of the software.

More specifically, you will:

• Perform needs analysis and prioritize requests
• Document the project deployment plan and review user manuals
• Document the processes upstream and downstream of workflow creation
• Keep the knowledge base up to date
• Configure workflows and metadata maps
• Supervise and manage the deployment, testing period, corrections, and implementation of workflows
• Assume a first-line advisory role for users and super-users
• Write training plans and train users
• Manage classes (metadata)
• Manage access and user groups
• Import/create users
• Process user tickets
• Develop tools

Qualifications

• University degree in archival studies, digital information management, business technology, industrial engineering, business administration, or any related field.
• Green Belt Six Sigma is considered an asset.
• Experience with a document management software (M-Files, Meridian, Square 9, etc.).
• Windows 365 environment.
• Intermediate English (written and oral). English proficiency is required for this position as the incumbent will be required to interact with our anglophone clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Successful completion of the investigation process and obtaining the required security clearance under the Federal Government Contract Security Program.
