Reporting to the store manager, the assistant store manager supports the manager in the daily management of the team. They ensure the quality of customer service, achieve sales targets, and manage inventory. They train, motivate, and support employees and organize the store layout. They take on management responsibilities in the manager's absence, ensuring smooth operations.
