A career as an Account Director for SMEs in the 1859 Business and Private Wealth team means acting as a privileged guide for hundreds of small and medium-sized enterprises, surrounded by experts, to guide clients towards the most suitable financial solutions.
Your role
- Develop your client portfolio
- Meet business development objectives by offering tailored solutions to your clients' needs
- Seize opportunities for referral in a context of synergy across the Bank
- Perform financial analyses and develop financing scenarios
- Negotiate product terms and conditions with clients, ensuring they meet the desired profitability criteria
- Ensure the application of service quality standards, as well as compliance and risk management rules
- Identify business opportunities in your market for all Bank products and services
- Participate in market visibility activities
- Identify risks inherent to the sector's activities.

Within the 1859 Business and Private Wealth sector, you are part of a team of professionals supporting commercial clients. Additionally, you are surrounded by a whole ecosystem of experts to help you offer the best possible solutions to clients.
Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the position is based in Lévis.

Requirements
- University certificate and 7 years of experience
- or baccalaureate and 5 years of experience
- or master's degree and 3 years of experience
- Business development experience
- Knowledge of financial statement analysis
- Established professional network with local small and medium-sized enterprises, desirable
- Negotiation skills.
- Languages: French
