As we continue to grow our professional services team, we are seeking an experienced Senior Windows Server, Hyper-V & Microsoft Infrastructure Architect / Specialist to support the delivery of enterprise infrastructure projects.

Position Summary

Reporting to FutelSecure's Solution Architect, you will be responsible for planning, deploying, configuring, migrating, and commissioning Microsoft enterprise infrastructure environments.

You will participate in projects involving Windows Server, Hyper-V virtualization, Active Directory, enterprise storage, networking, and production system migrations while ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and configure Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Install, configure, and administer Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Deploy and validate Hyper-V Failover Clusters.
• Configure Cluster Shared Volumes (CSV).
• Configure and integrate iSCSI SAN environments.
• Configure and manage Multipath I/O (MPIO).
• Perform production virtual machine migrations.
• Configure Live Migration.
• Integrate servers with Active Directory.
• Participate in enterprise network configuration for virtualization environments.
• Install BIOS, firmware, and driver updates.
• Perform system validation and acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation.
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to clients.
• Provide post-implementation support during project stabilization.
• Follow cybersecurity best practices and industry standards.
• Required Qualifications
• Minimum five (5) years of experience deploying or administering Windows Server environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Windows Server 2022 and/or Windows Server 2025
• Microsoft Hyper-V
• Hyper-V Failover Clustering
• Active Directory
• PowerShell
• Windows Admin Center
• iSCSI SAN
• Multipath I/O (MPIO)
• Enterprise networking
• Experience performing production virtual machine migrations.
• Strong understanding of high-availability environments.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to produce clear and professional technical documentation.
• Willingness to perform evening or after-hours work when required.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or an equivalent Microsoft certification.
• Experience with Dell PowerEdge servers.
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Experience with enterprise storage solutions.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and Microsoft infrastructure hardening.
• Language Requirements French is mandatory.
• Applicants must be able to:

• Prepare and understand technical documentation in French.
• Deliver technical knowledge transfer sessions in French.

Vous participerez à des projets impliquant Windows Server, la virtualisation Hyper-V, Active Directory, le stockage d'entreprise, les réseaux ainsi que la migration de systèmes de production, tout en assurant une interruption minimale des opérations des clients.

• Concevoir, déployer et configurer des environnements Microsoft Windows Server.
• Installer, configurer et administrer Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Déployer et valider des clusters Hyper-V avec basculement automatique (Failover Cluster).
• Configurer les Cluster Shared Volumes (CSV).
• Configurer et intégrer des environnements SAN iSCSI.
• Configurer et administrer Multipath I/O (MPIO).
• Effectuer des migrations de machines virtuelles en environnement de production.
• Configurer Live Migration.
• Intégrer les serveurs à Active Directory.
• Participer à la configuration des réseaux d'entreprise liés aux environnements virtualisés.
• Installer les mises à jour du BIOS, des micrologiciels (firmware) et des pilotes.
• Réaliser les essais de validation et les tests d'acceptation.
