As a Logistics Technician, you will:

  • Coordinate national and international shipments while respecting deadlines and contractual conditions.
  • Prepare commercial documents and organize the shipment of orders.
  • Ensure compliance of shipments according to the customs and commercial regulations of different countries. Communicate with international carriers and clients to ensure effective tracking.
  • Track deliveries and quickly resolve any logistical or customs incidents.
  • Complete transactions in the inventory management system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve delivery objectives (sales, production, and finance).
  • Request and analyze transport tenders.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of processes.
  • Support the shipping store, if needed.
  • What makes you an asset to our team:
  • College studies certificate (A.E.C.) or college diploma (D.E.C.) in transportation management, logistics, or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in international logistics.
  • Ability to communicate in French and English.
  • Excellent time and priority management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Knowledge of general international shipping rules.
  • Knowledge of SAP (asset).
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Thorough.
  • Versatile.
  • Resourceful.
