Work Schedule: 14 hours during a session and 35 hours during the summer
Availability: Daytime, Monday to Friday
Start Date: According to your availability
Status: Summer 2026 Contract with the possibility of extension for the Fall 2026 session.
Work Mode: Work is performed in on-site mode only.

Hourly Wage Starting at $21.65 A 6.5% surcharge is added to this rate to compensate for certain social benefits.
The remuneration is determined based on the relevance of all your studies and experiences related to the job.

Your main responsibilities will include
- Destroying semi-active documents;
- Completing forms related to documents or files to be digitized or destroyed;
- Reconstructing an employee file;
- Performing digital document processing (processing of undistinguished documents, breach of confidentiality, payment of fees, indexing, filing, redacting, etc.);
- Conducting quality control of digitized documents;
- Performing the physical preparation of documents (removing staples, unfolding the corner, gluing the page if torn, etc.).

- You must be legally authorized to work in Canada;
- You must be domiciled in Quebec;
- You must be currently enrolled in a relevant field of study.
- You must be at least 16 years old as of June 30.
- High School Education
- Be enrolled full-time in a high school program or in the following training field:
- DEP: Secretarial Domain
- DEP: Office Administration Domain
- Any other relevant studies
- French Language
You must possess appropriate French language skills for the job.
