JOB SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Under the supervision of their immediate supervisor, the head nurse assistant assumes a role that is both clinical and administrative. They must integrate the organization's overall vision into their decision-making and the choice of their interventions. Within a "lifestyle" approach, their main responsibilities include: Care Management:

Assume responsibility for a set of nursing care and collaborate in the administration of therapeutic, preventive, and diagnostic procedures.

Plan, supervise, and coordinate the activities of a service for the entire duration of their shift.

Team Mobilization:

Gather the team members, including new staff, around a coordinated intervention plan, responding to the personalized expectations and needs of residents, while respecting their abilities.

Act as a resource person for the care team in the planning, distribution, and evaluation of nursing care.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCES
