Oracle FMW Project Manager

TEHORA is currently seeking an Oracle FMW Project Manager to support the realization of strategic projects related to Oracle Fusion Middleware platforms. The resource will play a central role in planning, coordinating, tracking, and governing technological initiatives affecting the client's Oracle environments.

The person selected will need to provide the following services and deliverables, among others:

• Plan, coordinate, and control technological projects related to Oracle FMW environments;
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk plans, and communication plans;
• Monitor costs, efforts, resources, and deliverables;
• Participate in project governance and various committees;
• Coordinate activities of internal and external stakeholders;
• Manage issues, risks, and change requests;
• Provide status reports to stakeholders;
• Participate in modernization, migration, and infrastructure evolution projects.

Requirements

• Hold a university degree (BAC) in a relevant discipline;
• Possess at least seven (7) years of experience as a project manager;
• Have completed at least two mandates of more than 240 person-days in an Oracle FMW or Oracle infrastructure context;
• Have experience in managing complex IT projects;
• Demonstrate leadership, autonomy, and rigor;
• Possess excellent oral and written French skills;
• Hold a PMP certification;
• Hold a PRINCE2 certification;
• Have experience in the public sector;
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware environments.

The salary will be calculated based on the average hourly rate corresponding to your profile.
