Brief description of the position:

To meet its clients’ needs in the ICT sector, FOP CONSULTANTS is seeking motivated Agile Coaches to carry out assignments. The main responsibilities would include supporting scaled Agile adoption, training and coaching on Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, facilitating workshops and retrospectives, identifying obstacles and proposing transformation plans, implementing value metrics, promoting collaboration and autonomy across multi-team environments, and ensuring alignment with governance.

Main responsibilities: Without limitation, the main tasks involve:

• Accompany the adoption of Agile at the organizational level.
• Train and coach on Scrum, Kanban and SAFe frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops and retrospectives at the team and portfolio levels.
• Identify obstacles and propose Agile transformation plans.
• Implement Agile performance and value metrics.
• Promote collaboration, autonomy, and learning in multi-team environments.
• Ensure alignment between Agile teams, RTE, PO, and governance.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, project management, administration, or related fields.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in implementing and supporting agility.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• Experience on two (2) projects, each lasting at least six (6) months, as an Agile Coach.
• Experience with scaled agility based on the SAFe framework.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with public or private organizations in Canada.
• Hold the following certification: SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC).
• Hold one of the following certifications: PSM I, PSM II, SASM, SAFe Agilist 6, RTE.
• Language: French.
