Chief of Staff

Join a leading engineering organization as a Chief of Staff and play a key role in strategic decision-making. In close collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will directly contribute to major initiatives related to innovation, transformation, and global operations, while interacting with the executive team and the entire organization.

Your Role

• Ensure the integration of teams and strategic initiatives within the COO's office and the organization
• Lead priority and confidential projects by coordinating internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare strategic documents, presentations, and information notes for the COO's activities
• Support the preparation of key meetings and analyze strategic data and performance indicators
• Represent the COO at meetings and follow up on actions and decisions
• Develop strong relationships with the executive team to foster collaboration and information flow
• Advise the COO to improve organizational performance, decision-making efficiency, and company culture

About You

• Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data
• Excellent communication skills and ability to structure clear strategic messages
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously with rigor and initiative
• Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written
