As a building technician, we need your skills in preparing and following up on plans, estimates, and other technical documents for plumbing and heating systems, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and architectural arrangements.

In this context, you will be called upon to make the required calculations and solve problems of layout, constraints, planning, and installation. In preparing part or all of the plans, you will also need to estimate the costs. You will also be required to perform a technical guard for the operation of the material installations in rotation with your colleagues.

Material Installations Maintenance Service

• Hold a college diploma (DEC) in building mechanics technology, civil engineering technology, or any other related field of expertise;
• Hold a valid driver's license is a required;
• Have two (2) years of relevant experience in similar roles over the past five (5) years (an asset);
• Have knowledge of computer-assisted maintenance management, CMMS (an asset).

Planning and Maintenance CMMS

• Hold a college diploma in building mechanics technology, architecture technology, civil engineering technology, building maintenance technology, industrial maintenance technology, or any other related field of expertise;
• Hold a valid driver's license is a required;
• Have two (2) years of experience in preventive/corrective maintenance;
• Have knowledge of computer-assisted maintenance management, CMMS (an asset).

Rivière-du-loup regional county municipality

• Material Installations Maintenance Service – Grand-Portage Hospital Permanent full-time position Additional note: The selected person will be required to make trips to the various sites of the West Pole (Kamouraska Regional County Municipality, Rivière-du-Loup Regional County Municipality, Témiscouata Regional County Municipality) and occasionally travel outside of this pole, but always within the Bas-Saint-Laurent territory.
