Position Summary

As part of the Marketing and Sales Operations team, the Marketing Campaigns Coordinator contributes to the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, including both in-person and virtual initiatives, that support the organization's business objectives.

Working closely with various marketing, sales, and internal partner teams, the incumbent assists in implementing demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the planning, coordination, and deployment of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and priorities related to marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, digital marketing, and sales teams to ensure the effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of communication tools and promotional materials.
  • Provide administrative support for projects, including documentation, approvals, and assigned budgets.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate logistical activities related to the deployment of marketing initiatives across various territories.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations to support the continuous improvement of marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate shipping activities and inventory management of marketing materials when required.
  • Maintain and update tools, databases, and documentation necessary for the effective operation of marketing activities.
  • Monitor marketing trends and industry best practices.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

  • University or college degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, project coordination, or marketing campaign support.

  • Ability to travel internationally outside Canada for business purposes.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required by business needs.
  • Flexibility to support certain marketing activities outside regular business hours when required.
