We are looking for a person for the territory of the South Shore of Quebec and the surrounding areas. Joining the KEVEN GAUVIN Sales Team – Director of Sales, You Will Benefit From a Daytime Schedule From Monday to Friday, A Salary Ranging Between 79,532$ – 98,246$ / Year, With Annual Salary Review And A Daily Filled With Stimulating Tasks
- Develop a strong knowledge of the strategic issues of the target customer and ensure that you provide high-value added solutions in collaboration with the solution team
- Target new prospects on a regular basis, in line with the organization's strategy
- Prospect, qualify and connect with people at the highest strategic level possible at the potential client
- Prepare the sales strategy in the acquisition of strategic accounts, plan and prepare executive sales presentations in collaboration with the solution team and lead the customer negotiation until the signature
- Develop brand awareness through a strong presence in the various contact networks and on social networks
- A client portfolio may be assigned (connect, negotiate renewal, revenue growth...)
- Collaborate with the various internal and external stakeholders for all requests coming from customers.
- Clearly communicate the needs to the integration team and transfer account management to operations
- Bridge with the legal department for the review of contracts sent by the client and involve the necessary stakeholders in the good negotiation and signature according to the defined processes
- Follow the processes and document the CRM until the signature and the opening of the account
- Perform all other related tasks

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or in a related field;
- Experience in complex consultative sales
- 2 years of experience in business development and understanding of opportunities in large road transport companies
- Hunter personality and entrepreneurial spirit to find ways to overcome growth barriers
- Great talent for negotiation allowing to seize business opportunities in a confident and proactive way
- Great experience in cold calling in a business prospecting context
- Proven background to reach or exceed the quota and sales objectives
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain a network of contacts in road transport
- Good ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Good computer knowledge, office suite and CRM systems
- Autonomy and good stress management
- Have a class 5 driver's license and a vehicle
- Available for evening and weekend travel, occasionally,
- English language requirement at Intermediate level (interactions with suppliers, customers and employees in English and/or located outside the province of Quebec)
