Job Overview

Co-Directors are responsible for the animation of the sales space for customer satisfaction. They play a supporting role by helping the store manager to manage the entire store.

Reports to: Store Manager

Supervises: Assists the store manager with key holders and all store associates.

Essential Functions

Staff Development

• Recruitment and Retention: Network, recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-quality leaders and associates to support the succession planning.
• Training Completion: Ensure all associates complete training according to company guidelines.
• Leadership by Example: Train, develop, and provide continuous feedback on product knowledge, sales skills, merchandise management, and customer experience.

Customer Experience

• Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by implementing and achieving the customer experience through regular evaluation, training, and follow-up.
• Merchandise Management: Apply standards, directives, and promotions, while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.

Drive Sales and Profitability

• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales, payroll, conversion, and loss prevention expectations.
• Strategic Execution: Create and implement strategies to maximize sales and control expenses.

Operational Efficiency

• Payroll Management: Meet payroll expectations.
• Loss Prevention: Control assets by adhering to loss prevention measures.
• Policy Compliance: Execute and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Two years of confirmed experience as a supervisor, with a track record in sales, profits, training, and team development.
• Proficiency in using a computer and analyzing detailed reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift heavy loads (over 30 pounds).
• Ability to stand for at least eight hours during work shifts.
