The person holding the position ensures the coordination and rigorous follow-up of each step of the production process of our products in order to guarantee the quality and respect of the deadlines of our exclusive collections. This essential role requires a keen sense of organization, proactive management of priorities, and smooth communication with different teams and suppliers. Thanks to a meticulous attention to details and an ability to react to unforeseen events, the production coordinator contributes directly to the success of each collection.

Responsibilities

  • Follow the production schedule according to orders, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Keep our product development management system (PLM) up to date.
  • Coordinate all production steps from order placement.
  • Collaborate closely with product development teams (designers and procurement coordinator) and suppliers to ensure product compliance.
  • Communicate daily with foreign factories, provide feedback on submissions, and ensure rigorous follow-up.
  • Maintain strong and lasting relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with delivery and production deadlines.
  • Ensure quality controls at each step of the production process.
  • React quickly to unforeseen events (supplier delays, style changes, etc.) by adjusting the production schedule accordingly.

Desired Profile

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in fashion management, administration, project management, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent project management skills, with proven ability to supervise multiple files simultaneously while respecting deadlines.
  • Rigor and ability to efficiently organize the workflow, ensuring that all production steps run smoothly.
  • Anticipate needs, adjust priorities, and quickly resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure rigorous production follow-up.
  • Ability to remain performant and calm under tight deadlines and to deal with unforeseen events.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and reactivity to changes and adjustments needed.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English to communicate with all stakeholders.
