Work Organization Advisor

Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:

• Carry out work organization architectures;
• Analyze current work organization models and describe target models;
• Map business processes;
• Document business requirements and rules;
• Participate in the development of business orientations and the updating of business models;
• Identify areas for improvement applicable to current models and evaluate their benefits;
• Implement the activities set out in the continuous improvement plan;
• Establish and coordinate the work organization committee;
• Prepare and facilitate workshops;
• Carry out administrative procedures;
• Advise teams on the implementation of approaches based on best practices;
• Conduct formal knowledge transfer activities with the Corporation's employees.

The Profile Sought Is As Follows

• Hold a university degree in administration, human resources, industrial relations or a related field deemed relevant;
• Have at least eight years of experience in work organization work;
• Have in-depth knowledge of BPMN and Lean;
• Have carried out, as a work organization advisor, five work organization architectures, including three in projects requiring a minimum effort of 1,000 person-days;
• Have coordinated and integrated work related to work organization and change management in four projects, including two projects of at least 1,000 person-days;
• Have facilitated at least ten workshops with work organization representatives, in three separate projects;
• Have completed three positionings, alignments or opportunity files prior to the authorization of a project of at least 1,000 person-days.
