We are looking for our future Expert Change Management Consultant to join our teams.

Main responsibilities

Change management includes all activities required to better manage risks, issues, and human impacts to ensure adequate preparation of those affected by change resulting from a project or any other initiative.

The client is responsible for supporting and accompanying administrative units in change management and developing a management framework as well as several tools used during their support and interventions. An organizational approach allows positioning interventions and deliverables within a global change management framework to ensure compliance with established guiding principles.

The resources will use the method and tools developed by the client and made available for the fulfillment of the mandate.

Desired profile

• Hold a bachelor's degree
• Possess more than five (5) years of professional experience in change management
• Have completed four (4) mandates totaling more than five (5) years of experience in change management organizations
• Have demonstrated a strong capacity for synthesis, popularization, and communication at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels, in at least two (2) mandates
• Have demonstrated the use of at least three (3) change management support strategies.
