*The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales team's business activities by providing leadership, direction, and structure across their assigned territory. As part of the Quebec leadership team, this person is responsible for promoting a growth culture within the sales team to ensure strong and continuous development and growth, resulting in exceptional customer service and achieving the company's goals and objectives. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing programs to drive our strategic sales plan to acquire new market share.*

What You Will Do
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to ensure the continuous growth of business opportunities with current clients and generate and develop new opportunities with future potential clients
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure the implementation of processes aligned with company objectives to increase sales
- Establish and develop strong business relationships with the sales team and contribute to their training on company initiatives regarding all sales operations
- Champion the creation and implementation of the sales infrastructure to improve and support operations, including sales reports, sales analysis, key performance indicators, and global sales alignment
- Develop and define key metrics and reports, facilitate performance data analysis to evaluate execution and adjust the sales strategy to improve efficiency and productivity of sales
- Analyze sales figures to forecast and identify business opportunities
- Identify and analyze customer service issues and develop creative solutions to address them
- Attend various client meetings/events, association meetings, and networking events
- Design, implement, and manage the sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
- Ensure the accuracy of pricing and compliance of orders and contracts
