Rental Sales Representative

The Rental Sales Representative will develop, maintain, and strengthen the business partnership between Toromont Cat and its clients by offering complete rental solutions.

• During a typical workday, YOU will perform the following tasks:
• Demonstrate safe, environmentally respectful work behaviors at all times, in accordance with Toromont's health and safety policies, programs, and initiatives.
• Promote and increase mobile generator rentals.
• Participate in the development of programs aimed at achieving rental department goals.
• Participate in the development of marketing/prospecting and deal-closing plans and strategies for new opportunities.
• Conduct presentations to promote generator rentals.
• Develop and implement an annual territory plan in line with regional and company objectives.
• Keep clients informed about new products and rental offers.
• Monitor competitor documentation or advertising to ensure our clients receive the most competitive pricing.

Required skills for this position

• Post-secondary education
• Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role
