The incumbent is responsible for the proper functioning of production processes and equipment, product quality, technical support for production, operator training, and continuous process improvement.

Your tasks:

  • Maintain and optimize production parameters.
  • Update and comply with procedures, work instructions, and maintenance instructions.
  • Train and support operators on processes and equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve production technical issues.
  • Create assembly drawings for products.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain equipment to minimize production downtime.
  • Participate in the production of new products.
  • Continuously develop and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Participate in Lean and continuous improvement projects.
  • Comply with SST standards and internal policies.
  • Your qualifications:
  • DEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent experience.
  • Your skills:
  • Curiosity and learning capacity.
  • Good understanding of mechanical and electromechanical principles.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Autonomy and initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to read technical documentation and drawings.
  • Knowledge of SolidWorks software (asset)
  • Experience in electronic manufacturing (asset).
  • Functional French and English.
