The body specialist is responsible for repairing, restoring, and making adjustments or modifications to damaged tractors and equipment to restore their appearance and ensure their compliance and safety.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Inspect used or damaged tractors-equipment and assess the damage;
• Establish a repair plan (parts to be replaced, work required);
• Straighten and repair surfaces (dents, scratches, corrosion);
• Replace or adjust parts (doors, fenders, bumpers, windows, etc.);
• Perform welding, assembly, and adjustment work;
• Prepare surfaces;
• Apply paint and finishes to restore the original appearance;
• Check the quality of repairs and the safety of the tractor or equipment;
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the workshop;
• Any other related tasks.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU

• DEP in bodywork (asset)
• Competency card/certification of qualification (CPA) (asset).
• Mastery of bodywork and paint repair techniques;
• Ability to use specialized tools (workbench, welding tools, etc.)
• Attention to detail and precision
• Good physical condition
• Team spirit and autonomy
• Customer service sense
