Temporary position for a duration of 6 months.
As an Office Agent, you contribute to the administrative and operational support of the organization. You pursue the objective of maximizing the productivity of activities and operations. You will be responsible for processing the files for updating coordinates, including address, email, and phone number changes. The ability to achieve results becomes an essential skill when you are in a production environment within the operations. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Perform various administrative tasks related to data entry, modification, compilation, coding, and validation of the integrity of data contained in various credit card files.
- Contribute to the realization of the administrative operational processes of the unit.
- Ensure the coordination of the unit's activities.
- Follow procedures and processes within your domain.

What you will bring to the table
- High school diploma (DES)
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Knowledge of English at an intermediate level due to the nature of the tasks, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and clients
- Advanced keyboarding skills for effective information processing
- Knowledge of Office 365 suite
