• + Day, evening, night shifts

Summary of Responsibilities

Provide daily secure support to residents, support their overall well-being, contribute to maintenance tasks and meal services, while ensuring good communication and coordination with the healthcare team.

Your Role as Indispensable:

Under the supervision of the Health Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

• Ensure the hygiene, care, comfort, and safety of residents, while respecting the establishment's standards
• Perform maintenance tasks and participate in meal services
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and interveners to ensure optimal care follow-up
• Communicate health and behavior information about residents to the medical team and following shifts
• Respond to emergency calls and apply predetermined trajectories
• Administer medications according to established procedures
• Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of equipment and materials used in personal assistance services for residents
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• APRPA training or equivalent recognized training (mandatory)
• Up-to-date certifications in RCR, PDSP, and Competency 6 (Law 90) (mandatory)
