You will be responsible for ensuring the availability of manufacturing materials using SAP and MRP planning tools to minimize the impact of supplier, transportation, and warehousing constraints.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily meetings with team leaders and management to review the status of suppliers and materials
• Leadership and coordination of the process for anticipating missing parts and analyzing the root causes of missing parts
• Material request in the ERP based on production planning, maintenance, and repair
• Coordination with suppliers to meet production needs, warehouse capacity, transportation, and any other action to deliver materials from the supplier to Alstom WH
• Coordination with Alstom internal teams and suppliers in case of unplanned emergencies - revision change, broken part, lost part, etc.
• Creation and maintenance of item master data (MRP type, MRP controller, MRP parameters)
• Reconciliation of invoices in case of discrepancies between the supplier and Alstom
• Deployment of planning and inventory strategy based on part typology, demand, volume, price, and other potential characteristics

DESIRED PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in an industrial environment
• ERP knowledge, preferably SAP
• Functional French and English
• Team spirit and Leadership
