ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The customer is our priority. We ensure that the customer feels good and welcomed.
• We seek to meet the clothing needs of customers.
• We pay particular attention to the clientele and stop our tasks or conversations with colleagues when there are customers.
• Contribute personally to achieving sales, hours, and store results.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.
• Manage complaints and returns with professionalism.
• Balance the cash register at the end of each day and perform opening and closing tasks safely.
• Represent Continental according to the standards of dress code.
• Set an example within the group.
• Provide styling advice and know the latest trends as well as the products we offer.
• Perform placement, restocking, and re-shelving tasks to maintain a visually appealing and easy shopping experience for customers.
• Perform basic and advanced cash register functions.
• During your employment, other functions, tasks, and responsibilities may be assigned to you.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to move around the sales floor and warehouse, carrying up to 30lbs.
• Ability to stand for a period of 8 hours.
• Ability to work according to a flexible schedule adapted to the needs of the store, including during holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation: Starting at $17.00 per hour
