Salary: $45,500 to $60,000 per year (based on experience)

Manage the staff and establishment on a daily basis under the supervision of the coordinator (coaching, order manager, bank deposits, staff management and financial reports, interviews, hires and training);

• Provide excellent customer service by establishing a lasting relationship with customers and representatives;
• Execute the marketing and planogram in compliance;
• Ensure the cleanliness of the store by maintaining a safe and stimulating work environment.
• Ensure the availability of food products;
• Perform food preparation and cooking while respecting procedures and hygiene and sanitation standards;
• Keep the store, equipment and food section clean, organized and attractive.

What we are looking for in our stores

• Experience in staff management or retail (6 months and +);
• Skills in human resource management;
• Ability to motivate, manage and coach a work team;
• Available to respond to emergencies, if needed.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift and transport merchandise regularly, frequently and without assistance, if needed. The weight of the merchandise can vary, weighing up to 12 kg (25 lb).
• In accordance with the French Language Act, any person hired in our large region of Quebec must speak French.
